This limited release Shiraz was hand made in open 5 tonne fermenters and matured for 18 months in a combination of new and old American and French oak barrels. The resulting wine is powerful yet restrained, showing toasty oak and black fruit characters and a soft, round mouth filling finish. The wine is ready to drink now, but will reward those with the patience to cellar it for another 5 years.

The resulting wine is elegant and beautifully structured, showing refined oak and varietal fruit characters. The finish is soft and fulfilling. The wine is ready to drink now, but will reward those with the patience to cellar it for another 5 years.
